(g). Should the lessees at any time discontinue

using the lot edged yellow on attached plan as a ship- -building and repairing yard the whole area of the lot

must be reclaimed to such levels as the Director of

Public Works may require within 24 months of the date

of a letter signed by the Director of Public Works call-

-ing upon them to do so. The lessees shall also con-

-struct for the protection of such reclaimed area a s94-

-wall and rubble mound as detailed in (f).

(h). The lessees to form the whole of the area

coloured brown on plan to such levels as the Director

of Public Works may approve and to his satisfaction

within 24 months of the date mentioned in (c). The area

coloured brown to be handed over to Goverment free of

cost on completion.

(j). The lessees of the lot will not be allowed to

utilize the areas coloured green and brown for the pur- -pose of storage or the erection of any temporary build- -ing without the consent of the Director of Public

Works first having been obtained.

(k). The lessees shall construct between the

points F and G a temporary right-of-way to Ma Tau Kok

Quarries Nos. 7 and 8 as show coloured blue on plan or

other line to be approved by the Director of Public

Works and to his satisfaction.

(1). Any rights as regard marine frontage shall

extend only to that boundary of the lot marked C and D

and measuring about 400 feet.

(m). The lessees will be allowed to obtain earth

from Crow Land at points to be approved by the

Director of Public Works for the purpose mentioned in

(f) and (g). The lessees must also remove any boulders

met with in excavating earth from such places and they
